New Position: Client Services Administrator

The Position


We are currently seeking to add a Client Services Administrator to our Client Services Team. The Client Services Team works closely with the Advisory Team to anticipate and identify client needs, make decisions about how to best meet those needs, and monitor the efficacy of those decisions.

 

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and team-oriented; detail-oriented and flexible; serious about excellence and comfortable with a lighthearted approach to their work. We need a person who is willing to complete the Series 65 exam, giving themselves the tools to be a good partner to our Advisors and to the rest of the team.

 

To paraphrase the Clients Services Team manager, we are looking for someone awesome.

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Experience in administration is preferred but not required.
